We are looking for a Field Sales Supervisor to manage sales activities in the field. This role involves leading a team, setting targets, and ensuring that sales efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide field sales representatives to achieve set targets.
- Monitor field performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
