Job Description
The Field Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales executives working on-ground. This role involves setting targets, guiding the team, ensuring performance, and driving revenue growth through field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives
- Set daily/weekly sales goals and track team performance
- Guide team members during customer interactions
- Conduct field visits and support in closing high-value sales
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or team management
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle targets and work in a dynamic environment
- Experience in BFSI/insurance sales is a plus
