Job Description
A Field Support Officer in the insurance sector works on the ground to assist sales agents, advisors, or channel partners by providing operational, onboarding, and basic sales support. This is a non-frontline selling role focused on enabling and improving field performance through training coordination, documentation support, logistics, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit agents or partners to collect or verify proposal forms and KYC documents.
- Track and follow up on policy issuance, pending cases, and renewals.
- Provide basic product clarification to agents.
- Resolve basic operational queries from the field force.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
