Fiels Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Field Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies in the field to increase revenue, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement field sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through relationship building and upselling.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions at the field level.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing
• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
