Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits and cold calls
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
• Report daily sales activities and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• 0–3 years of field sales experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel locally
