We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Filed Sales Manger. to join our team. An insurance sales agent’s job is to help clients select insurance policies that meet their needs and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential clients through professional networks, cold calls, and referral
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

- Developing marketing strategies on how to attract new accounts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of agency experience (managerial experience advantageous).
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Great networking abilities.
