Job Description
This field-based position requires excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, educating them about our agency program, and guiding them through onboarding.
Responsibility:
- Find Potential Agents: Use connections and research to find people interested in selling insurance.
- Research Market: Look into opportunities in your area.
- Call Candidates: Reach out to potential agents and tell them about us.
- Explain Benefits: Tell them why it’s good to work with us.
- Meet in Person: Have meetings to give more info and answer questions.
- Sell Insurance: Also, sell insurance to clients if needed.
- Support Agents: Keep in touch, and help them out.
- Build Relationships: Get to know agents well, so they stay with us.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 of experience in field sales.
- Required Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Age between 21 to 38.
- You are required to know the local language.
- Required two-wheeler.
