Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Sales Manager to lead our team of financial sales professionals!
Responsibilities:-
- Lead a team of financial sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
- Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and performance metrics
Candidate requirements:-
- Any graduate
- Any local candidate
- Experience :- field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Age -21 -38 years
