You’ll take care of leads given by the company, explain insurance plans in a simple way, keep in touch with clients, and turn them into customers by giving great presentations and meeting them personally.

Your Tasks:

• Work on the leads the company gives you.
• Convince people to buy insurance plans.
• Explain policies clearly so clients understand.
• Share the advantages of the plans.
• Check in with clients every day.
• Set up meetings with people who are interested.
• Make easy presentations that fit clients’ budgets.
• Visit clients to make sales happen.

Qualification and Experience:

• Must have finished college (graduation).
• At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience (any field).
• Lived in the same area for 3+ years.
• Proven you’re good at hitting sales targets.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
