Job Summary:
The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the organization. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and align financial plans with business goals.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actuals with budgets and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
