Job Description

Job Summary:

The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand their financial needs.
• Recommend suitable insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide and support the sales/agent team
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
