Job Description
A Financial Sales Associate works with clients to recommend and sell financial products such as investment accounts, insurance policies, retirement plans, or banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, or inbound leads.
- Conduct financial reviews to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and needs.
- Present products, answer objections, and close sales in compliance with regulations.
- Build long-term relationships and manage portfolios over time.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
