Overview:

Build and sustain relationships with bank clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals by offering personalized financial solutions.

Principal Duties:

Meet with clients to understand their financial needs.

Sell a range of financial products, including loans, savings plans, and insurance.

Continuously follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new sales opportunities.

Stay updated on current financial products and market trends.

Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Prior sales experience in financial services preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
