Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven Financial Sales Consultant to promote and sell financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and investment plans. The role involves client acquisition, financial advisory, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Sell life insurance, investment plans, and other financial products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Conduct market research and generate new business leads
• Provide post-sale support and policy servicing

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Financial product knowledge (insurance, investments, savings)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language
• Field sales and relationship-building skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in BFSI or sales preferred
