Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Spearhead recruitment efforts and lead sales initiatives to meet targets in your area.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents to provide ongoing support for sales growth.
- Design and implement training programs that empower agents to exceed their targets.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or managing agency relationships.
- Must have a bike and valid driving license for fieldwork.
- Local candidates with knowledge of the regional market are preferred.
- Open to graduates from all fields with a passion for recruitment and sales.
