Financial Services Sales Manager

Job Description

As a Financial Services Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving insurance product sales through HDFC Life’s bancassurance channel by building strong relationships with banking partners and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by promoting life insurance products to customers through bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and leadership to drive sales.
• Support branch staff in closing sales and managing end-to-end customer queries.
• Address customer needs effectively, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree compulsory
• 2+ year experience in field sales management
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Two wheeler
• Age: 21 to 38 year old
