Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and training agency partners and agents.
- Support business strategy implementation.
- Monitor agency performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow the agency network.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on performance.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Sales experience.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
