Roles and Responsibilities :
– Build and maintain a strong base of customers in your territory
– Do daily field visits and handle customers professionally
– Ensure proper follow-up on every sales lead you generate
– Submit daily activity and conversion reports on time
– Consistently work toward and achieve monthly targets
– Raise any field issues to your manager and work on solutions

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation completed from any stream
– Minimum 2 years of direct field sales experience
– Must be from Lalpur or a nearby area – Strictly local candidates only
– Any sales background is considered – all industries welcome
– Good communication and a never-give-up attitude
– Should own a two-wheeler for field travel
