Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Banking Sales Officer (Fresher) to join our retail banking team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Acquire new customers for banking products. 
• Conduct field visits, cold calling, and follow-ups to generate leads. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships 
• Follow up with potential clients 
• Maintain sales reports and records 
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream 
• Good communication skills 
• Confident and target-oriented personality 
• Willingness to learn and grow
