Front Line Sales Executive
The Front Line Sales Executive role requires effective leadership, market analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to drive sales results through a motivated sales team.
KEY ROLES:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals for insurance products.
- Coach and mentor sales agents on best practices, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients within the assigned area to generate new business.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans that align with the company’s objectives and market conditions.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding sales practices and product distribution.
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

- 1+ year sales experience
- Graduate
