Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agency Channel Manager to lead and manage our agency force in driving sales growth, expanding our distribution network, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute agency channel strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our distribution network
– Self recruit team, manage, and motivate a team of agency leaders and agents to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
– Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders
– Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand our distribution network
– Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance agency leaders’ and agents’ sales and leadership skills
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
– Graduation + any field sales and marketing experience
– Age :21 to 38 Years
– Field Job+ Local candidate required
– Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
