Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Front Line Sales Manager to drive sales and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management , Banking Sales or Any.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
