Front Line Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
– To create a solid advisory basis, locate and draw in top-notch advisors.
– Continue to impart knowledge about company policies, sales tactics, and merchandise.
– Assist advisers with prospecting, business development, and lead creation.
– Make certain that advisors follow relevant business procedures and standards while offering clients suitable financial solutions based on requirements analysis.
– Achieve monthly business goals for hiring agency advisors and generating new business.
– Maintain compliance with all business quality measures in sales made through the advisor team.
– As the client’s main point of contact, I will authenticate and validate their concerns with the relevant authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
– One or more years of experience in any sales industry.
– Education: Graduate.
– Age: Between 22 and 38 years
– Strong sales skills and excellent communication skills.
