- Manage daily activities of sales reps.
- Develop sales plans and monitor team performance.
- Resolve field issues and analyze sales data.
- Oversee and manage direct sales operations.
- Train and mentor sales agents.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years in Sales and fields sales
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
