Job Description

We are seeking a motivated front-line sales manager to lead our agency channel team. This role is crucial for driving sales performance, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of advisors to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new advisors, providing ongoing support and development.
  • Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching to enhance their sales skills.
  • Foster strong relationships with agents to motivate and engage them in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market activities for management review.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be local.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
