We are looking for a passionate Front Line Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales executives and drive growth within our Agency Channel. You will be responsible for managing sales targets, coaching agents, and expanding market reach for our leading insurance products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Minimum 1 years in sale and Field marketing.
• Leadership, communication, and strong sales acumen.
• Motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
• Strong leadership, sales skills, and industry knowledge.
