Job Description

We are looking for a Front Line Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives, drive business growth, and implement effective sales strategies. This role focuses on managing day-to-day sales operations and ensuring targets are met through team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching, and track team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive sales results and manage a team effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
