Job Description
The Front Line Sales Manager (FLSM) leads and manages a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue. This role involves coaching, motivating the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing sales strategies to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
-Recruit, train, and develop team members.
-Implement sales strategies and monitor performance against KPIs.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Resolve customer issues and support key negotiations.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
-Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Proven sales experience with leadership capabilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
