Front Line Sales Manager
Manages and supports a team of sales agents, sets targets, provides coaching, and ensures adherence to sales processes. Handles performance evaluations and addresses sales challenges.
Location : Durgapur
CTC : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
# Supervise and guide a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
# Provide coaching and support to improve individual and team performance.
# Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics.
# Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
# Address sales challenges and implement strategies to overcome them.
Requirements:
#Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
#2+ years of experience in sales and fields sales
#Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
#Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
#Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
