Job Description
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
– Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve their objectives.
– For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
– For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
