Responsibility
Build, train, and lead a team of 5–10 advisors with passion and purpose
Drive insurance sales by helping your team convert leads into loyal customers
Guide your team in finding new business opportunities through references and networking
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and build lasting client relationships
Stay proactive — review team activity plans, mentor consistently, and keep everyone aligned to goals
Required
A graduation degree (any stream)
Experience in sales, marketing, or team handling
A natural ability to mentor, lead, and bring out the best in others
A self-driven attitude and people-first mindset
