Job Description
We are looking for a Front Line Sales Manager who has over two years of experience in field sales to discover business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and meet sales objectives.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Attract new clients and boost sales.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships.
- Meet designated sales objectives.
- Perform market analysis to uncover potential opportunities.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations.
Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for an MBA.
- Candidates should have at least two years of experience in field sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals is necessary.
- Candidates must be open to travel.
