Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop team of front-line sales employees.
  • Recruiting and Managing team of advisors.
  • Manage complete life cycle of agents.
  • Supervising the teams under in terms of tasks.
  • evaluating their performance
  • Guiding and motivating the Sales Employees
  • providing all relevant support as required

Desired Profile:

  • Graduation complete in any stream.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing – BFSI
  • In-depth understanding of business context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders.
