Job Description
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop team of front-line sales employees.
- Recruiting and Managing team of advisors.
- Manage complete life cycle of agents.
- Supervising the teams under in terms of tasks.
- evaluating their performance
- Guiding and motivating the Sales Employees
- providing all relevant support as required
Desired Profile:
- Graduation complete in any stream.
- 1+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing – BFSI
- In-depth understanding of business context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders.
