Front Line Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and smart Front Line Sales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Besides, you should be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations. Your job role will also require you to recruit and train team members.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Identify potential customers and promote Life Insurance products and services to generate new business. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide timely and comprehensive reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- building relationships of trust with the team and the clients
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
