Job Title: Front Line Sales Officer (FLSO)
Location: Mysore
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA
Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

We are looking for a Front Line Sales Officer to help us grow our business in Mysore. You will meet customers, explain our products, and help them choose what’s right for them. Your main job is to build strong relationships and achieve your monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Meetings:
Visit potential and existing customers to promote products.
Sales Generation:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the manager.
Product Knowledge:
Clearly explain product benefits, features, and prices to customers.
Lead Follow-up:
Call and meet leads regularly to convert them into sales.
Documentation Support:
Help customers fill out forms and collect required documents (like KYC).
Market Coverage:
Visit assigned areas and identify new customer segments.
Daily Reporting:
Maintain proper records of meetings, leads, and sales in reports.
Customer Service:
Provide post-sale support and handle basic queries or complaints.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and people skills
• Basic sales knowledge or interest in selling
• Confidence and a positive attitude
• Ability to meet targets under pressure
• Local area knowledge of Mysore is preferred
• Basic smartphone or app usage

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience (field sales preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
