Job Description

We are Hiring Front Sales Manager, Who will be responsible for finding potential customers for our company and starting new relationships with interested customers, thus expanding our customer base.

Job Description : 

• Hiring and training of competent advisors
• Lead generation & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing and conversion.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Good presentation and sales closing skills.
• Maintain daily reports.
• Should be able to work in a fast- paced & target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

Candidate Profile : 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
