Job Description
Responsibility:
1. In order to meet the business objectives of the sales unit, the planning will create and carry out a sales plan for the partner.
2. Establish and track specific goals to meet the partners’ agreed-upon sales targets.
3. Assist group in generating and monitoring leads, closing deals.
4. Assist team in customer selling product based on need analysis
5. Get regular input on your selling process and product satisfaction from partners and customers.
6. Examine the partner’s sales plan and assist in their expansion.
7. Guide, inspire, and instruct the group.

Requirement:
– Age: 21 to 37 years
– Education: Any Graduate
– CTC of up to 4.00 lpa
– One year of BFSI or sales experience
