Job Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our Agency Channel as Frontline Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will act as a licensed advisor helping people choose the right life insurance plans while earning attractive commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in your network or community
Understand clients’ financial protection and investment needs
Recommend suitable life insurance plans based on customer requirements
Assist in completing application forms and documentation
Follow up with clients for policy issuance, payments, and renewals
Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships
Attend regular training sessions and development programs conducted by the company

Who Can Apply:
Minimum qualification: graduation
Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a field-based role
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and people-friendly
