Job Description:
The Frontline Sales Executive in the Agency Channel drives sales and growth in a specific region by managing and supporting a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Finding and hiring new financial advisors, ensuring they fit well with the company. 
  • Providing ongoing training and support to enhance advisors’ skills and sales techniques. 
  • Maintaining strong relationships with advisors for their success and retention. 
  • Exploring new opportunities and analyzing market trends for growth. 
  • Tracking results and sharing updates with higher management. 

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must have completed Graduation. 
  • At least 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector. 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals. 
  • Excellent skills in building relationships with agents and clients.
