Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales executives or advisors at the ground level to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and product penetration. The role involves direct market engagement, people management, training, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales executives, agents, or advisors.
- Ensure that new hires are aligned with company expectations and market strategy.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team.
- Track team performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Drive sales for insurance policies, and products depending on industry.
- Promote company products through field activities, lead generation, and partner engagement.
- Ensure proper area mapping and territory planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Any field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
