Job Summary:
We are hiring a Frontline Sales Manager to lead and support sales activities at the ground level. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives or agents, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships in the assigned area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or agents.
- Drive daily sales activities to meet business goals.
- Identify and generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Guide and support team members in closing sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Track team performance and share regular reports with management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
