Job Summary:
A Frontline Sales Manager leads a team of field or direct sales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. They support, train, and monitor the team while ensuring high-quality customer engagement and business growth.
Key Roles
- Lead and manage frontline/field sales teams
- Set targets and track daily performance
- Train, motivate, and guide sales executives
- Conduct field visits and joint sales calls
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Generate reports and share performance updates
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
