Job Summary:
The candidate has to be responsible for leading and supporting frontline sales teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide frontline sales executives.
- Set and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor field activities and support the team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Train, motivate, and supervise the Sales team.
- Identify new sales opportunities in the market.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
