Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Officer is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Roles:
- Lead and supervise frontline sales representatives.
- Ensure the team meets daily/weekly sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and support sales staff.
- Monitor field activities and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review sales performance and provide feedback.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
