Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for leading frontline sales executives, managing daily sales activities, and achieving sales targets through direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide frontline sales executives
- Assign daily targets and track performance
- Achieve sales goals and business growth
- Train and motivate the sales team
- Support team in customer meetings and closures
- Prepare basic sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
