Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales executives on the ground, driving daily sales activities, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise sales executives
- Assign daily sales targets and activities
- Support the team in customer meetings and closures
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
- Train and coach sales executives
- Ensure proper reporting and follow-up
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
