Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Streamline sales processes and implement efficient systems to optimize productivity. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
Proven track record in sales management within the life insurance industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
