Job Description

Oversee and develop a team of frontline life insurance agents to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and coach frontline agents to maximize their potential.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring agents meet or exceed expectations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure agents adhere to company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach to sales, fostering positive relationships and building brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in life insurance sales and management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
