Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Frontline Sales Manager to manage and grow our agency sales team. This role involves recruiting agents, helping them achieve targets, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire and develop insurance advisors
Support agents in achieving their monthly sales goals
Monitor team performance and provide training
Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
Regularly report sales updates to management

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (agency channel preferred)
Good leadership and communication skills
Comfortable with field work and achieving targets
