Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Frontline Sales Officer to drive product sales and customer engagement in the field. This role involves direct interaction with customers, lead generation, and ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, channel partners, or consumers.
• Consistently meet assigned sales targets and daily activity goals.
• Execute promotional strategies and ensure on-ground implementation.
• Track and report field activities including sales, feedback, and market trends.
• Ensure timely order placements, deliveries, and merchandising at outlets.
• Share insights from the field with the sales team to refine market strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and order follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any Discipline
• 1–3 years of Experience in Sales
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Basic knowledge of sales apps and reporting tools.
